Absolutely ridiculous. Order was over 3 hours late. Rang them twice first time I was told it would be another 20 mins, second time I was told it was with the driver, after that they didn’t answer the phone to me!! Order was due at 820 came at 1145. Freezing cold and not even correct. No apology nothing. I have contacted for a refund to be ignored.
